Modern Artistry and Piano Performance
Gabrielle Studio Of Music offers piano lessons for students of all skill levels, from age 8 to adult! We offer lessons for a variety of styles and genres such as classical, pop, musical theater, pop rock, and more!
Our teachers are also equipped to teach chord chart tablature, in order to strengthen modern piano proficiency. Our instructors also focus on instilling proper technique, sight reading, and music theory, which apply to all genres of music. Piano lessons are then individualized to meet each student's goals and interests! Students taking piano lessons are more than welcome to attend studio workshops, field trips, and peer performance days, for deeper musical growth.
As students progress, they will also be encouraged to play duets with our teachers and other piano students.
Our studio is dedicated to developing well-rounded artists that succeed in all genres!
Extra-curricular, online workshops + intensives are offered each month; while they are not required, students are encouraged to participate, as they offer a wealth of real world experience and networking opportunities! Each studio session offers the chance to explore various facets of performance, technique, and composition.
We are thrilled to teach these workshops/masterclasses in conjunction with both local and international professionals; We also offer audition workshops, competition preparation, active studio days, and provide studio field trips to area performances and other relevant activities, as well as peer performance days!
Each student is encouraged to perform throughout the year, in the community and at our live studio concerts! We encourage strong stage performance skills through open mic nights, peer performances, and yearly concerts, in order to build confidence, showcase student skills, and cultivate individual artistic development. We also highly encourage budding songwriters!
We offer two live studio concerts each year. Backed by a professional band, students are given the skills and experience necessary to become solid lead singers, on the big stage. This experience is invaluable for teaching students how to work the stage with energy and confidence; and to even hone their harmonies + accompanist skills! These concerts are always open to family and friends!
